  3. Extra IVF Cycle + PGS (PGT-A) attempt, ET of healthy embryos is included (Donor Eggs):
    • €5,000 per additional attempt.
  4. Egg Donor Selection (Individual Order):
    • €2,000 per selection. 1 IVF cycle.
  5. ICSI for more than 10 eggs:
    • €400 per cycle.

  7. Artificial implantation window per 1 attempt:

  8. Poor Sperm Quality Assistance:

  1. DNA Paternity Test:

  3. Courier Shipment of Genetic Material:

  4. Notary Services for Childbearing Contract:

  5. For remote programs: representative of IP for power of attorney signing and representation of the couple before SM:
