Biography

Lawyer, specialist in international law. She is an experienced specialist in the field of legislation for medical activities and healthcare in Ukraine. Practicing lawyer in the field of civil, family, medical law. Engaged in the development and analysis with subsequent adaptation of contracts, the necessary turnover document for the implementation of assisted reproductive technology programs in Ukraine in accordance with the legal principles of the European Union countries, as well as the current norms of Ukrainian legislation. Provides a precise balance between strict adherence to the laws of the countries of origin of all parties in the process, the ethical requirements of reproduction and the interests of patients. Provides communication and organizational needs for foreign patients, with the participation of lawyers from the European Union, Great Britain, USA, and Scandinavian countries. Her professional interests include studying current trends in the implementation of surrogacy programs in new location, legal support and legal support in diplomatic missions.
