Biography

Dariia started working at the clinic in 2016 as a coordinator of medical programs, where she quickly established herself as a responsible and effective specialist. Since 2018, she has held the position of head of the department for IVF and surrogacy medical programs. 

She supervises a team of managers, coordinates their work and controls the execution of tasks. She successfully maintains interactions between clients, medical staff and surrogate mothers. Her scope of activities also includes: control of document flow, including contracts, medical protocols and legal agreements. Taking care of the medical part of the programs: control of compliance with medical standards, coordination between reproductive doctors and embryologists. She is responsible for resolving organizational, logistical, administrative and a number of medical issues related to the programs.

She successfully participates in optimizing the clinic's internal processes, which helps improve work efficiency. Dariia implemented a customer feedback system, which increased clients’ satisfaction by 30% and brand visibility by 20%. Also, together with the management of the clinic, she set up training for managers, which helped to improve the quality of program coordination;

She is an energetic, highly organized and responsible manager with excellent project and team management skills. She is distinguished by her attention to detail and stress resistance.
