Pregnancy for most people is inseparably associated with unpleasant feelings and poor health of future mothers during pregnancy child, are associated with toxicosis. However, the assertion that the toxaemia in pregnant women is inevitable, is stereotyped.

Toxicosis pregnant is not the norm, it is primarily a manifestation of a pathological reaction of the organism to pregnancy, disturbances in the process of adaptation to the woman's pregnancy.

The main causes of toxicosis are embedded in physiological and psychological processes.
  • physiological aspects include: the various diseases of female genital mutilation, severe illness, transferred to pregnancy, disturbances in the central nervous system in the restructuring process of metabolism.
  • the psychological aspects include: heavy emotions during pregnancy, not a desire to nurture and the failure of the child, increased personal anxiety, violation of the habitual way of life.
Toxicosis may be observed in different periods of pregnancy:
  • Early toxemia, occurring in the first half of pregnancy (usually in the first 1-3 months);
  • Late toxicosis that develops in the second half of pregnancy (often in the past 2-3 months).
To avoid the unpleasant feeling psychologists recommend using auto-training, pleasant melodic music to try to find the state of harmony with the cherished baby. During this period very useful walk, and food must, above all, pleasure.

A survey among women who decided to become surrogate mothers, shows that 78% of surrogate mothers do not suffer poor health and sickness both during their pregnancy, and surrogate pregnancy. This allows the surrogate mothers more positively perceive the process of pregnancy, experiencing emotional comfort.
