To start your program you will need to come to our office for your first visit lasting one day by previous appointment. You are welcome to make an appointment by e-mail: mothersurrogate@gmail.com or by phone: +38067 884-30-25. The administrators of our Center will explain you the right way of preparation for your first visit and what papers you will have to fetch with you. 

A)  The Clinic of Reproductive Medicine will provide you with the complete set of services according to your needs as well as your consulting doctor will give you a private consultation accompanied by interpreter.

B)  Preliminary diagnosis and medical tests in the clinic of reproductive medicine (the receipt of ovulation stimulation records for the genetic mother and sperm cryopreservation for the genetic father).

C)  Reading and signing of the contract on IVF, ICSI, IMSI, PGD program and etc. with the participation of a surrogate mother and an egg donor (in case of necessity) in the clinic of reproductive medicine.

D)  Appointment and legal consultation with the Director of Surrogacy Centre “La Vita Felice” on accomplishment of surrogacy program accompanied by interpreter.

E)  Selection of an egg donor by photo and inquiry data in Surrogacy Centre “La Vita Felice” without any queue or waiting.

F) Selection of a surrogate mother by photo and questionnaire data in the Surrogacy Centre “La Vita Felice” without any queue or waiting.

G)  Reading and signing of the contract with Surrogacy Centre on providing you a candidate of a surrogate mother as well as her preparation for the program. Agreement on providing you an egg donor and her preparation for the program, record-keeping till puncture (in case of necessity).

H)  Meeting and acquaintance with the surrogate mother in the office of Surrogacy Centre “La Vita Felice” on the following day (upon request).

I)  Excursion around the city accompanied by interpreter (if requested).

J)  Shopping (at your wish).

It is necessary to come for the second time for a term of 10 days to stimulation of ovulation monitored by ultrasound test and to oocyte puncture.

A)  The Surrogacy Centre “La Vita Felice” organizes a complex medical examination of the surrogate mother in qualified medical institutions so that to indentify that there are no contraindications to participation in the surrogacy program according to the requirements of Ministry of Healthcare of Ukraine and formalizes a complete set of documents prescribed by order 771 of Ministry of Healthcare of Ukraine.

B)  Medical administrators of Surrogacy Centre “La Vita Felice” accompany and coordinate the program till the surrogate mother gets pregnant.

C)  Information administrators of Surrogacy Centre “La Vita Felice” stay in close e-mail correspondence with genetic parents or inform all current information to them by phone.

D)  Medical administrators of Surrogacy Centre “La Vita Felice” coordinate and control, give assistance and support to the surrogate mother 24 hours a day.

E)  Surrogacy Center “La Vita Felice” provides the genetic parents with the complete set of documents that certifies no contraindications to pregnancy and child delivery.

F)  In the Surrogacy Centre “La Vita Felice” the genetic parents and the surrogate mother sign the contract “Pregnancy carrying contract”.

A)  The Surrogacy Centre “La Vita Felice” organizes a complex medical examination of the egg donor in qualified medical institutions so that to indentify that there are no contraindications to participation in the oocyte donation program according to the requirements of Ministry of Healthcare of Ukraine and formalizes a complete set of documents prescribed by order 771 of Ministry of Healthcare of Ukraine.

B)  Information administrators of Surrogacy Centre “La Vita Felice” inform all current information to genetic parents by e-mail or phone.

C)  Medical administrators ensure the egg donor’s timely attendance at all medical manipulations during the stimulation of ovulation.

D)  Medical administrators ensure the egg donor’s timely attendance at the puncture.

A)  Stimulation of ovulation – this stage is characterized by growth and maturation of woman’s eggs thanks to various medicines such as Dekapeptin, Diferilin, Puregon, Menopur, Pregnyl etc: the procure of ovulation stimulation includes:

-  laboratory assessment – to control the process of egg maturation from time to time it is necessary to determine the concentration of estradiol hormone in woman’s blood;

-  ultrasound monitoring – is made to control the development of follicles in ovaries and the condition of endometrium (uterine lining);

B)  Follicle puncture is a method of sampling of mature eggs from follicles. To achieve it, a special needle through which the follicle fluid containing an egg is aspirated, is introduced into all follicles of woman’s ovary.

C)  Embryo cultivation – this stage is characterized by surveillance over the process of cell fertilization and embryo development;

D)  Embryo transfer – thanks to the catheter (special thin plastic needle) the embryo is transferred into the uterine cavity. The catheter is introduced through the cervical canal of uterus. 

A)  The genetic parents sign the contract with the clinic of reproductive medicine on surveillance and medical support of surrogate mother’s pregnancy including childbearing and postnatal period by mail (it is not obligatory to arrive).

B)  The Surrogacy Centre “La Vita Felice” provides legal support of the program within the pregnancy term of surrogate mother (issue of all necessary papers throughout pregnancy, preparation of documents for registration of new-born child).

Partially obligatory:

A)  Is a round-the-clock contact person between the genetic parents and the surrogate mother.

B)  Carries out round-the-clock consultative and information services for genetic parents by e-mail and phone (using any language) as well as for the surrogate mother within the pregnancy term.

C)  Ensures that the surrogate mother is accompanied in case of emergency hospitalization

D)  Ensures control after the surrogate mother as for fulfillment of her responsibilities as well as ensures assistance throughout gestation period.

Not obligatory round-the-clock:

A)  A qualified supervisor of Surrogacy Centre “La Vita Felice” lives with the surrogate mother 24 hours a day throughout pregnancy.

B)  Ensures assistance in household, accompanies to the doctors and controls the surrogate mother 24 hours a day.

C)  Obligatory conditions: rent of a two-room apartment, the surrogate mother’s consent on round-the-clock supervisor.

A)  Genetic parents will have to arrive before the child is born.

B)  To buy and to prepare everything that will be necessary for the childbearing (clothes, personal hygiene products, medicines, nutrition, bed linen, etc.)

C)  To carry out full payment to the surrogate mother in the office of Surrogacy Centre “La Vita Felice” under the contract “Pregnancy-carrying contract”

D)  To sign the contract with Surrogacy Centre “La Vita Felice” “on legal support in registration of documents for the baby” (accompanied by interpreter)

E)  Maternity hospitals provide the service of festive discharge of the new-born baby from hospital using video filming and photo camera.

A)  The lawyers of Surrogacy Center “La Vita Felice” provide legal support and assistance in the issue of child birth certificate in public registration authorities of new-born children.

B)  Translations, notary certification and apostil of all documents are made in the shortest possible time.

C)  Issue of additional sets of documents (in case of necessity).

D)  Experienced and qualified lawyers of Surrogacy Centre “La Vita Felice” provide personal legal consultations on matters of paper issue for their further admission to the embassy with an aim of the child’s departure to the country of parents’ residence.

E)  Coordinate all legal matters of our clients till their return home with the child.

F)  The Surrogacy Center “La Vita Felice” provides legal support to colleagues outside Ukraine (if desired).
