	Review: Mia We have been working together with LVF as professional partner for our mission in creating our small family through surrogacy services. We have done a lot of research on different agencies and clinics, but found LVF as the most polite and accomodating in their approach to customers. LVF are really kind and answer all your questions and concerns with professional attitude and expirence. During waiting time and delivery of our baby, LVF has done all their best in making us welcome and comfortable and helped us with everything from nurse care to apartment rental. All in a very satisfactory, kindly and human way. All personnel – from director to driver – are extremely service-oriented and helpful in any matter you might have. All of them respond almost urgently to mails and phone calls with any subject that is concerning you. They take care of your fertility issues in a totally undramatic and kindly way, by serving you with care and interest of your family. We strongly recommend LVF for any other that need help of their services.

	Review: Erin We are extremely happy that we found La Vita Felice and are now parents. La Vita Felice looked after us very well from the initial enquiries to the final days in the process. We experieced no negatives at all on our trip and were blessed with a baby girl. We hope to enjoy some time with her and then look into a baby brother or sister for her. When that time comes we will look no further than La Vita Felice. The interpreters are excellent and couldn't do more for us. 	Review: James My wife and I would like to thank La Vita Felicia for giving us the opportunity to realise our dream. It has been a long journey for the past two years and at times heartbreaking, but we are glad that we persisted with the programme. We found the staff at La Vita Felicia to be most professional. The agency has been very supportive with the choosing of the egg donor and surrogate mother. It has also been very clear and precise from the very beginning with the costing of the programme and other various fees. As clients we were fully aware and clear of what to expect. It was a pleasure to deal with La Vita Felice administrators. My wife and I found them to be very approachable in all matters of the programme. They went beyond their duty. We appreciated the fact that we were also able to contact the La Vita Felice stuff on weekends. They were very accommodating and he did their utmost to solve some of our everyday problems. The office staff was welcoming and friendly during our visits. They were quick to reply to our emails however, at times our questions were not always fully answered or to the point. We were happy with the follow up paediatrician visits and we much appreciated having the visits at home. This made it much easier for us and the babies especially during the winter months. The doctor was friendly and approachable and happy to answer any questions. Having a dependable and pleasant driver was most appreciated. The driver was also eager to help when possible such as with shopping expeditions.

	Review: Donald Hi Natalia, We did IVF/FET several times in Ireland. We succeeded the first time only to lose our baby at 22 weeks. It was a very hard time for us. We did maybe 5-6 FETs after that but always got negative results. We had almost given up hope of becoming parents when we heard about surrogacy. That took 3 attempts but finally we are parents to be! And once you get that positive result and the pregnancy progresses through the milestone dates the sadness and upset of past times completely fades away. We cannot wait for the birth of our baby girl in September! We have had only positive experiences working with La Vita Felice. Oleg is worth his weight in gold. When you are from abroad and arrive in a strange country where you don't speak the language it is great to have someone who speaks very good English, who is thoughtful to your needs and is well versed in the whole process. You yourself looked after us very well when we dealt with you initially and Jeanne is doing a great job now liaising with us and Katerina. The clinic are very pleasant to deal with. I suppose my only issue is a language one. I don't get much information after the appointments and would like to have received some ultrasound pictures of this stage in the pregnancy (as I would in an Irish hospital). 	Review: Ron In short: it works. And now the longer version of the story... Like many other couples, after some years of trying to become parents we decided to try a surrogate motherhood program. When looking back, working with La Vita Felice center was a good choice and a pleasant experience. And here is why: At the very beginning, we were informed about the whole program in details, and as we started, we stayed informed throughout the whole process hour by hour, day by day, week by week... As we were making progress, there was no surprise on the way, everything went very smoothly, thanks to all professionals of the La Vita Felice team and the doctors of the SANA medical clinic we worked with. Every single aspect of the program was covered to the smallest details. I am writing these lines in less than twelve months since our first visit of Kharkov. This biggest 'why it works' is here with me: our new-born twins, a boy and a girl, are sleeping next door. 	Review: Lawyer I was very pleasantly surprised at how quickly I had children via a surrogate with La Vita Felice. I visited in May, and twins were born 10 months later. The process was smooth and professional, these people know what they are doing. Most importantly, I have two healthy and beautiful baby girls.

	Review: Tatyana Our desire to have children has brought us to “La Vita Felice” Center.There are many surrogate centers: in Moscow, St.Petrsburg, in Ukraine. But some of them were very expensive, other were promising too much. When we called “La Vita Felice” Center, talking on the phone even for the first time, we got a very positive feeling, and the Director of the Center impressed us as being very competent and reliable. In a month after our conversation we were in Kharkov. Victoria told us in detail about the work of the Center. We discussed financial and legal matters and signed a document about further cooperation. We also liked the medical center “Sana- med” a lot, with which the firm collaborates. Everybody, who we were working closely with, was very responsive and conscientious. We were informed from the very beginning that pregnancy doesn’t always start from the first attempt. A very nice girl- mother was selected for us, but, unfortunately, the first and the second attempts were unsuccessful, although both the medical personnel and our mother tried their best. It should be said, during all this time we were getting huge support from “La Vita Felice” Center. We saw that they were living it out together with us. Basically, it was Victoria’s merit that we agreed to the third attempt. We were getting into the third programme with little hope and unshaken certainty that the attempt was going to be the last one. As it turned out, that decision was the correct one: in two weeks after the transfer we were called by the Director of “La Vita Felice” Center personally. I can’t describe how happy we were! During all the nine months of the pregnancy we were being distressed for the babies and the surrogate mother. But our mother was such a wonderful girl: she was taking care of her health, following all the doctors’ instructions. We were in touch with our mother during the entire period. Besides, we were constantly communicating with the doctors and getting reports from “La Vita Felice” Center on a regular basis about the state of health of the mother and the babies. (The Center selects candidates for the programmes very scrupulously, checks the girls’ health and conditions of living). Moreover, to our great pleasure, the Center took absolutely all the responsibility for the organizational matters (monthly payments to the mother, providing clothiers and lodgings for her), they consulted us at any time round the clock on any issues. In 38 weeks our babies saw the world, carried absolutely to full time (weight 2800 and 2700) and healthy. Victoria’s Center went along with us also after the delivery, they were helping us with the paperwork for the departure. Victoria’s Center “La Vita Felice” has proven itself as a very reliable, scrupulous and competent partner. The same kind of a partner was also medical Center “Sana-med”. We are boundlessly happy that they have helped us to become parents!

	Review: Kamilla When I saw the web site of the centre ,,La Vita Feliche ,, I immediately contact them in order to know the conditions ,payment and all the things needed .After that me and my husband decided to visit the center with no obligation for collaboration, only to see is that everything like they say… After spending several days there we were so astonished of all organization. Clinic was great, organization of all things went very well. Me and my husband thought oh this is too good to be truth, but we decided to risk the money ,we thought that it is worth to try the program. We did not believe anybody that is why we insisted to meet the surrogate mother and talk with her Because I was so skeptical I started to learn Russian in order to understand more to know more information, to be able to talk to surrogate mother.
